a glimmer of hope

The recent common test week that ended yesterday was much less of a sad one for me.Sad because the questions that appeared when i flipped open the questionare was well..a little dampening.I don't know if it's due to the last minute readings or the anxiety within me that screwed it,i totally forgot and mixed up the wrong formulas for one of the papers and i seriously hope they won't penalise me for error brought forward because the other later sections of the questions are that which i've done correctly.

Well..perhaps i'm to be blamed for all these too,but no point crying over spilt milk now.I feel that perhaps it's time to touch the books and not repeat this kinda situation again. There's really a lot to do for next week.Project deadlines are always felt and what's more, the semestral exam will start in a month or less.It just shoves me off and send some cold creepy sensation down my spine when i look at my calender.

I was having my regular dosage of coffee one morning when i happened to watch channel news asia. The first case of human birdflu was reported and it struck me in an epiphany that the end of the world has commenced already. So what if the cure for H5N1 virus will soon be found? It's naive to think that there'll be no other kinds of viruses that will attack us again. But once again,as an optimistic person,i should believe that humans will always fight and protect ourselves so as to let future generations live on. As long as there's a glimmer of hope, anything can be done.
